Raymond Dowse |
Raymond started in the insurance industry in 1996 and is a co-owner of Niverville Insurance Agency. He is an honours graduate from the Red River College Business Administration program as well as receiving his CAIB designation in 2003. Ray shares the responsibility of office management with Debra and is also involved in the financial and marketing aspects of the business. He currently specializes in home & commercial insurance sales as well.

Debra Pearson |
Debra is a co-owner of Niverville Insurance Agency and started her insurance career at the age of 19. During the late 1980’s Deb took a sabbatical to raise her family, returning to the industry in 1996 and achieving her CAIB designation in the year 2000. Debbie is well versed in home insurance and is now the manager of our farm and commercial department, along with her responsibilities as privacy officer and office co-manager.

Ellie Epp |
Ellie began working in the insurance industry on the company side with Gore Mutual Insurance. After leaving the workforce to raise a family, she returned in 1987 to make a career as an insurance broker. She received her CAIB designation in 1995, and now specializes in home, small commercial and hobby farm insurance risks. Her experience and warm personality is a perfect addition to Niverville Insurance Agency.

Cameron Dueck |
Cameron has been with Niverville Insurance Agency since 2003. He is a graduate of the Red River College Business Administration Program and received his CAIB designation in 2006. He is acting Key Autopac Person in the office and specializes in home insurance while managing the financial department.

Kris Moffat |
Kris started his insurance career in 2002. He specializes in commercial insurance, farm risks, home insurance, employee benefit packages, and various life insurance products. Kris was previously an office manager for another brokerage, and joined Niverville insurance in 2006. He also obtained his CAIB designation in 2005.

Holly joined the Niverville Insurance Agency in January 2007. She has been working in the Insurance Industry since 2002. Holly currently has her Level 2 license and is working towards her CAIB designation. She specializes in AUTOPAC and Travel Insurance.
